Role Snapshot

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who can drive lead qualification and conversion through disciplined outbound calling and structured follow-ups. This role demands high energy, fast execution, and strict adherence to performance KPIs.

What You’ll Do

· Make high-volume outbound calls on inbound enquiries (approx. 2400 leads monthly).

· Qualify leads based on defined criteria with accuracy and consistency.

· Maintain a fast-paced calling rhythm with a 10-minute turnaround time per lead interaction.

· Ensure timely follow-ups and lead nurturing to maximize conversion potential.

· Record daily activity and maintain transparent reporting on trackers.

· Collaborate with internal teams to align lead qualification with business goals.

· Uphold professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions.

What We’re Looking For

· 1–3 years of experience in business development, telesales, or inside sales.

· Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and qualify leads quickly.

· High discipline in managing daily call volumes and reporting.

· Tech-savvy with ability to work on CRM, trackers, and communication tools.

· Structured, proactive, and ownership-driven mindset.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

· 2400 leads per month handled.

· Less than 50% unanswered of total leads.

· More than 33% qualified from total leads.

· 120 leads per day with daily report management.
