Role Snapshot:

We’re looking for a Performance Marketer who can own ad

performance end-to-end — from strategy to scaling — across

Meta & Google.

You will work closely with founders, strategists, creatives, and sales teams

to generate qualified leads with real ROI.

What You’ll Do

● Plan, execute, and scale Meta & Google Ads campaigns

● Work with video creatives (Reels, Ads, UGC, VSLs) in a video-first

ecosystem

● Optimize campaigns for CPL, CPQL, Conversion Rate & ROAS

● Implement and track funnels:

○ Lead Forms / WhatsApp / Landing Pages

● Read numbers deeply and take data-backed decisions

● Coordinate with internal teams on creatives, hooks & messaging

● Maintain clean reporting and performance insights

● Continuously test audiences, creatives, and offersWhat We’re Looking For

● 1–4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing

● Strong grip on Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads

● Clear understanding of funnels, targeting, retargeting & scaling

● Comfortable working with high-ticket & lead-gen businesses

● Ability to think beyond “running ads” and focus on business

outcomes

● Structured, proactive, and ownership-driven mindset

Bonus (Good to Have)

● Experience with WhatsApp-based funnels / CTWA

● Understanding of CRM, Lead Quality & Sales Feedback loops

● Exposure to Video Ads, UGC formats & Creative Testing
