Role Overview:

As a Line Producer / Production Manager, you will be the operational anchor of our production shoots, ensuring seamless execution across all verticals. From managing props and coordinating with brand owners to overseeing influencer collaborations and shoot finances, you will drive efficiency, discipline, and creativity. This role demands a street‑smart, proactive professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in high‑pressure, fast‑moving environments.

Responsibilities:

1. Own the entire shoot ecosystem — from props sourcing, set design, and recce with brand owners to flawless on‑ground execution.
2. Drive influencer collaborations end‑to‑end — coordinate schedules, manage deliverables, and oversee the final release of influencer payments with precision.
3. Command financial discipline — manage shoot budgets, negotiate vendor rates, and work closely with the Finance Manager to align payment cycles and ensure seamless clearances.
4. Be the central nerve of production — coordinating directly with artists, anchors, influencers, and models while syncing creative vision with directors and brand owners.
5. Build and nurture strong industry relationships — influencers, talent, vendors, and partners — ensuring contracts, agreements, and settlements are handled with agency‑level finesse.
6. Anticipate challenges before they arise — deliver proactive solutions, maintain airtight documentation, and guarantee projects run on time and within budget.
7. Lead with street‑smart agility — resourceful, dynamic, and relentless in driving operational excellence across pre‑production, shoot, and post‑production.
