Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated AI Trainee to join our digital marketing team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance creativity, productivity, and innovation in marketing workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and experiment with AI-generated content across formats — including text (blog posts, ad copy), images (using Midjourney, Canva AI), and videos (using tools like Sora AI, Runway ML, Synthesia).
Explore and experiment with AI-based visual tools for generating graphics, video snippets, and branded visuals.
Research and evaluate emerging AI tools for marketing automation, content curation, analytics, and customer engagement.
Build and maintain an internal library of tested AI tools, with documented use-cases, pros/cons, and cost-benefit analysis.
Assist in A/B testing of AI-generated content vs manually written content to measure impact on SEO, engagement, and conversions.
Collaborate with content strategists and designers to develop hybrid content that combines human creativity with AI efficiency.
Monitor trends in generative AI, machine learning, and martech innovations to identify new opportunities for the agency.
Prepare AI usage reports and insights to help inform strategy and decision-making.
Support team training or knowledge-sharing sessions on newly discovered tools and use cases.
Stay updated on ethical considerations and guidelines around AI-generated content (e.g., copyright, misinformation, biases).

Requirements:

Basic understanding of how AI tools function, especially in content creation, design, and automation.
Familiarity with platforms like ChatGPT, Sora, Midjourney, Runway ML, Gemini etc.
Strong research skills, curiosity to test and explore new tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Communication, Computer Science, or any related field.
