Must have Skills :

Proficiency in creating short-form content for Instagram Reels, including crafting ad film scripts, creative social media copy, and video ideas in both Hindi and English languages. 

Responsibilities include:

• Developing Short Form Content: Create compelling and concise content for various short-form formats, including ad film scripts, creative social media copies, video ideas, and similar content types.
• Content Ideation and Conceptualization: Generate innovative ideas and concepts for short-form content that effectively communicate key messages and engage the target audience.
• Writing Engaging Copy: Craft clear, concise, and impactful copy that resonates with the target audience and aligns with brand voice and objectives.
• Collaboration with Creative Teams: Work closely with graphic designers, videographers, and other creative professionals to bring content ideas to life and ensure visual and verbal alignment.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences to inform content development and optimization efforts.
• Content Optimization: Optimize content for digital platforms, including social media channels, websites, and email newsletters, to enhance visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Editing and Proofreading: Review and revise copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency, adhering to brand guidelines and editorial standards.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of short-form content across various channels, analyzing metrics such as engagement rates, click-through rates, and conversions, and iterating strategies based on insights.
• Staying Updated: Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in short-form content creation and digital marketing to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Proven 1 yr of experience as a Copywriter or similar role, with a strong portfolio of published work.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with impeccable grammar and attention to detail.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas that resonate with our target audience.
• Strong research skills and the ability to gather and analyze information from multiple sources.
• Proficiency in SEO and keyword optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field preferred.
